Where and what Olena Groza teaches
Olena Groza is a practising cosmetologist and trainer in beauty-technology devices. She teaches six device groups — laser hair-removal systems, RF microneedling, IPL/BBL, SMAS HIFU, fractional CO₂ laser and Q-switch lasers for tattoo and PMU removal — in Polish, Ukrainian, Russian and English.
She teaches in two contexts. OG Academy is her own school in Pruszków near Warsaw: individual and small-group courses (up to 3 people) on any of these technologies, with an OG Academy certificate. As a trainer she also runs the training programme at Estera Group, a beauty-equipment supplier, teaching buyers to operate the devices they purchase.
The method is the same in both places: client qualification and contraindications first, then parameter logic rather than ready-made settings to copy, supervised practice on models, and finally documentation and rolling the service out in the salon.
