Training and website terms
Rules for enquiries, bookings, payments, participation, date changes, complaints and use of OG Academy materials.
1. Organiser
VALERII MAKARENKO OG, ul. Diamentowa 27/1, 05-800 Pruszków, Poland, tax ID NIP 5242922390, operating under the OG Academy brand. Training location: Bolesława Prusa 10, unit 6, 05-800 Pruszków, unless the offer states otherwise. Contact: akademia@ogacademy.pl, +48 794 649 444.
2. Enquiries and contract formation
A form, email or WhatsApp message is an enquiry and does not reserve a place. A contract is formed after the programme, date, total price, format, language and payment terms are agreed and the Organiser confirms the booking in writing.
3. Programme and professional competence
Training is mainly intended for beauty professionals and businesses. Participants remain responsible for acting within their qualifications, applicable law, insurance and the device manufacturer’s instructions. A private certificate does not replace professional education or statutory authorisation.
4. Prices and payment
Website prices are indicative and may be shown net of VAT for B2B customers. Before booking, the participant receives the total price, VAT information, deposit amount and payment deadlines.
5. Rescheduling and cancellation
Requests must be sent by email. Financial consequences depend on the individual offer, timing and costs actually incurred. Mandatory consumer rights are not restricted.
6. Changes by the Organiser
The Organiser may propose a new date or refund the unperformed service if the trainer is ill, equipment fails or safe delivery is not possible. Travel and accommodation costs are not reimbursed unless agreed in writing.
7. Distance contracts with consumers
Consumers entering a distance contract retain rights granted by Polish and EU law, including withdrawal rights where applicable. Detailed information is provided before the contract is concluded.
8. Participation and safety
Participants must follow the trainer’s instructions, hygiene rules, eye protection and confidentiality obligations. Work outside the agreed practical scope is prohibited.
9. Models and images
Models must give appropriate consent. Images or personal information may not be published without a valid basis. Health records should not be sent through the general website form.
10. Certificate
The certificate confirms completion of a private training programme. It is not a state qualification and does not guarantee recognition in every country, employment or legal permission to perform a procedure.
11. Materials
Materials are for the participant’s personal professional use. Resale, public distribution, recording sessions or using materials for competing training requires written consent.
12. Complaints
Complaints should be sent to akademia@ogacademy.pl with the course name, date and description. The Organiser responds without undue delay and within statutory consumer deadlines where applicable.
13. Personal data and external services
Processing is described in the privacy policy. The website currently does not use Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta Pixel. WhatsApp and Instagram are external services.
14. Final provisions
The version provided before the contract applies to the booking. If translations differ, the Polish version prevails without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
