Training should lead to informed decisions, not just memorised settings. So we combine procedure-linked theory, demonstration, supervised practice on models and a review of every decision.

OG Academy runs beauty-technology training in a practical format: in a small group of up to 3 people or one-to-one, on a specific technology and with supervised practice on models. Every program takes the participant from client qualification, through parameter logic and technique, to treatment documentation and rolling the service out in the salon. Part of the theory can be online; procedure practice is on-site in Pruszków near Warsaw.
Before booking we establish your experience, the device you use or plan to use, and the goal of the training. On that basis we set the scope of theory and practice and the number of models. The program is confirmed in writing before you reserve a date.
We do not cover the technology in isolation from the work. Each theory block — device build, effect on the skin, indications and contraindications, the logic of energy, pulse and cooling — is mapped to a specific stage of the procedure you will perform the same day.
Olena Groza shows the full sequence: preparing the station and the client, qualification, parameter selection, handpiece technique and monitoring the skin reaction during treatment. You see what to watch for and when to react.
You perform the agreed scope of the procedure yourself while the trainer corrects your technique in real time. We work on equipment close to salon setups. The number of models is confirmed in the program before booking.
After practice we go back to the decisions made: why these parameters, what to do with a different skin reaction, how to plan a series. We work through consent, the client card, photo documentation and aftercare advice.
After the course you can ask a question about the program you completed. The scope and duration of contact depend on the chosen format and are agreed before the training, not later.
Ready-made parameters stop working when the phototype, the device or the skin reaction changes. So instead of a list of settings to copy, we show what energy, pulse and cooling depend on and how to adjust them as you go. After the course you can justify every decision in the client card.
Every block of theory — handpiece build, tissue interaction, indications and contraindications — is tied to the stage of the procedure you will perform the same day. Knowledge does not stay at note level; it turns into technique straight away.
A group of up to 3 or a 1:1 format means the trainer watches your hand throughout the work on a model and corrects technique at the moment of the mistake, not after the procedure. It is the shortest route to working independently.
The last stage is not a test but a conversation about launching the service in the salon: how to plan the series, how to talk to the client about results and risk, what documentation to keep. You leave with a program, not just knowledge.
All programs are led by Olena Groza, a trainer and practitioner in beauty-technology cosmetology. The emphasis is on client qualification before parameter selection, understanding the device instead of copying settings, and on documentation and client communication.
