Questions about dates and booking
Why don't I see any dates listed?
We publish only organisationally confirmed dates. An empty list does not mean no availability — tell us which course interests you and we will reply with current group options or an individual date.
How long does an individual date take to arrange?
Usually the fastest option — the 1:1 format does not require filling a group. We confirm available days within a few business days of your enquiry.
Can I book a place in advance?
Yes. A booking is valid once the program, price and terms are confirmed in writing, in line with the training terms.
What happens if a group does not fill up?
We offer a switch to the individual format, a rescheduled date, or a refund per the training terms — agreed before any payment.
Can I change the date after booking?
Yes, within the scope set out in the training terms. Write as early as possible — it is easier to find a new date with more notice.
How quickly will I get a reply?
Usually within 1–2 business days, with the program, price and a proposed date.
Cannot find a suitable date?
Message us. Individual training and additional dates are arranged after contact.
